Allow the install once
Android will warn that the file came from your browser rather than the Play Store. Choose Settings, turn on Allow from this source, then come back.

Open it
Tap Install, then Open. The app appears on your home screen.

Sign in
Collectors sign in with their phone number. Office staff use the same username and password they use on this website. If you have no login yet, the office creates one for you.
Before you start: the app needs a working internet connection — it reads and writes to the office directly, so nothing is stored only on the phone. Updating later means downloading from this page again; your data is on the server, not in the app, so nothing is lost.
